Si fonda su chiari criteri che impongono alle aziende il rispetto di parametri relativi a sostanze, contenute nelle schiume, che potrebbero essere nocive per la salute o per l&#8217;ambiente. Le schiume prodotte dai detentori dell&#8217;etichetta sono verificate ogni anno da parte di laboratori indipendenti al fine di garantire che essi continuino ad essere conformi alle specifiche CertiPUR. Qualora un\u2019azienda non superi i controlli, e\u0300 tenuta a porvi immediatamente rimedio. In caso di un secondo fallimento l\u2019azienda e\u0300 esclusa dal sistema CertiPUR e perde il diritto di utilizzarne l&#8217;etichetta.<\/p><p><strong>Marchio CertiPUR<\/strong><\/p><p>CertiPUR e\u0300 un marchio registrato di EUROPUR. Solo i produttori di schiume certificate e conformi agli standard CertiPUR sono autorizzati a usare il logo CertiPUR. E\u0300 possibile trasferire tale diritto ai clienti che producono guanciali e materassi e che acquistano schiuma certificata, purche\u0301 il logo compaia solo sui prodotti realizzati esclusivamente con tale schiuma. Ecco perche\u0301 e\u0300 possibile trovare il logo CertiPUR su componenti d\u2019arredo e materassi che non sono necessariamente venduti dal marchio di un diretto detentore dell&#8217;etichetta.<\/p><p><strong>Applicazione<\/strong><\/p><p>EUROPUR si impegna a garantire che il logo CertiPUR sia utilizzato solo dalle aziende che ne hanno diritto (produttori di schiume certificate e relativi clienti).
