The 2024 edition of the Annual Conference of EUROPUR & EURO-MOULDERS will take place in Istanbul, Türkiye, on 12 and 13 June 2024 at the Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel.
As is usual in our event, the first day will be dedicated to general topics and the second day will be dedicated to technical presentation streams such as Sustainability, Automotive, Product Stewardship & Novel Raw Materials, amongst others.

EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS thank Evonik, who will treat attendees to the Conference Dinner at the Uludağ Et Lokantasi seaside restaurant on 12 June.
Dress code: business casual (please note that the cocktail reception will be held on the beach).
We also offer a bus tour of Highlights of Istanbul (Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Underground Cistern, Hagia Sophia) during the afternoon of Thursday June 13th, courtesy of the Sponsor Evonik. We will depart at 14:00 from the Conference hotel and come back around 20:00. This tour is fully booked for the moment.
Two Ways of Participating: In-Person or Online
We offer two ways of participation: in-person attendance and an option to follow the main sessions remotely. Details for both options follow in the paragraphs below.
In-Person Attendance
Members of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS and guests invited by the Secretariat of both associations are welcome to participate free of charge. There is a limit of 5 participants per company, member of either EUROPUR or EURO-MOULDERS (10 if your organisation is a member of both). Speakers and moderators at the conference do not count in the number of participants per company.
Kindly note that you can only register one person at a time.

Hybrid Conference – Online Attendance
Participants unable to attend in person can join the conference online (Day 1 + Sustainability stream on Day 2). This is free of charge for representatives of member companies and guests invited by the Secretariat. Non-members can follow the main sessions of the event online in exchange of a fee (500 EUR + VAT if applicable, to be paid by credit card exclusively).

Conference Location and Hotel Reservation
Our 2024 Annual Event is taking place at the Renaissance Polat Istanbul hotel (Sahilyolu Cad.No:2 Yesilyurt Istanbul, Türkiye 34149 • +90 212-4141800). All participants are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodation.
EUROPUR & EURO-MOULDERS have made room blocks for the event in the Renaissance Polat Istanbul hotel and nearby located Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Florya. Details on the hotels, on how to book accommodation and our custom booking links are below.

Rooms can be booked online for the period running from 10 to 14 June. For longer stays please contact the hotel directly. A Single room is at 150 €/night, breakfast included, VAT and local taxes excluded. A Double room is at 170 €/night. Suites are also available at 215 €/night.

Disclaimer
In the event that the EUROPUR & EURO-MOULDERS Conference would be reduced in size, cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of decisions taken by national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labor disturbances or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organisers, no refund of expenses incurred by attendees shall be made. Participants waive all claims for damage in this case.
By registering to the conference you specifically accept that we may revise the number of allowed participants per company if decisions of Turkish authorities require it.
