ANNUAL EVENT 2025: 4-5 JUNE

The 2025 edition of the Annual Conference of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS will take place in Alicante (Benidorm), Spain on 4 and 5 June 2025 at the Melia Villaitana hotel.
As is usual in our event, the first day will be dedicated to general topics and the second will be dedicated to technical presentation streams such as Sustainability, Automotive, Product Stewardship, amongst others.
The event is now fully booked with around 550 participants registered.

EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS thank Interplasp, who will treat attendees to the Conference Dinner in the picturesque Cupula reception venue within the Melia hotel on 4 June.
Interplasp also invites attendees to enjoy some traditional welcome tapas and drinks on the evening of 3 June at the hotel’s main plaza.

Conference Location and Hotel Reservation
Our 2025 Annual Event is taking place at the Melia Villaitana hotel (Avda. Alcalde Eduardo Zaplana 7, Benidorm • +34 966 81 50 00). All participants are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodation.

We have made another room block in hotel Melia Benidorm – Av. Dr. Severo Ochoa, 1, 03503 Benidorm. The prices start at 106 eur / night, inclusive of breakfast.
Shuttle transfers between the Melia Benidorm and Melia Villaitana will be organised for conference participants staying in this alternative hotel. Transfers take about 20 minutes by bus.
Disclaimer
In the event that the EUROPUR & EURO-MOULDERS Conference would be reduced in size, cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of decisions taken by national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labor disturbances or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organisers, no refund of expenses incurred by attendees shall be made. Participants waive all claims for damage in this case.
By registering to the conference you specifically accept that we may revise the number of allowed participants per company if decisions of Spanish authorities require it.
